Vine Leaves Stuffed with Rice, 370g
One of the most favorite specialties of the Mediterranean Diet are Vine leaves stuffed with rice, also called Dolmadakia. They are produced with carefully selected tender vine leaves collected in springtime, high quality rice and other ingredients following our traditional recipe. It is a healthy and tasty meal/appetizer.
It is served warm or at room temperature. Put the tin, before you open it, into boiling water for 10 minutes. Otherwise, empty the contents into a non-metallic bowl and microwave for about 3 minutes. It can be garnished with slices of lemon and / or yogurt. It also makes an excellent combination with dry white wine or ouzo.
