Greek Coffee, 500g
Greek coffee has a lot in common with Turkish, Cypriot or Arabic coffee. The secret of its powerful taste, density and incomparable aroma lies not only in the best Brazilian beans, masterful roasting and fine grinding techniques, or in right proportions of two varieties, Arabica and Robusta, which compose that blend, but also in a passion put into its preparation.
Pour a cup of water into a coffee pot, add a teaspoon of coffee, some sugar, if you wish, and boil it until your Greek coffee begins to rise: there should be a thick foam on the top of it. Don’t forget to stir it well, while boiling. Then remove your Greek coffee from heat and enjoy!
