Sour trahanas consists of wheat and yoghurt or buttermilk, mixed, dried and cracked into small pieces. It resembles North-African couscous, but the taste is different because of the yoghurt added.
To prepare it, just add some hot water and wait until ready: serve with feta or whatever else you could wish.
